A happiness coach helps you discover true happiness with an essential purposeful approach. Being in a state of happiness improves your health, wellbeing and productivity, reduces stress and builds confidence. This is achieved through coaching strategies and habits that realign your heart with your mind.

Unhappiness is a lack of happiness. Where there is lack, there is poverty. Unhappiness can be poverty of the mind, body or spirit. As you can see, coupled with my passion for increasing happiness, I am also passionate about international development and ending extreme poverty.
